Here are some of the most commonly asked questions:

You can log in using your google account or email on the login page. We use a secure alternative to passwords because they are too easy to forget!

If you are having trouble logging in, make sure you are logging into the right email account!

To get started, create a new storybook and you can add your own images, characters, and text!

Uh oh, we're sorry to hear that! Stories automatically get saved as you are writing, so if you started a story, you should be able to see it in the library.

Here are some tips:

First, make sure you are logged in with the right email address.

If you deleted a story, you won't be able to see it again.

If you shared your story with someone else and they can't see it, make sure you've opened your story and selected "Publish Storybook".

Once in a while, your stories might not load right away because of technical issues. In this case, you can come back later and your story will stil be there!

We offer a monthly subscription service that allows you to download and print unlimited stories. With this service you can also export your stories and create a high quality Google Photobook, which is available directly from Google (details here: Once you've upgraded your plan, you can go to your saved book and press the "Get Book" button.

Then follow the instructions on the page to 1) export your storybook to Google Photos and get a high quality printed Photobook or 2) get a PDF and print your own booklet at home.

You can easily cancel or change your subscription at any time by going to your account page and opening the customer portal.
