How Trees Came To Be

Michelle was a scientist who loved nature. She loved the flowers, the smell, and the peaceful sounds. She always felt like something was missing though. Was it a smell? Or maybe a sound? She didn't know.

One day while she was enjoying nature she saw a squirrel burying an acorn. She stayed still and observed. She noticed that the squirrel had been burying them all along the field.

After the squirrel left, she decided to dig up an acorn and bring it back to her house for some experimenting.

She brought it home and did some research on seeds. She found out that water and soil could make seeds sprout. She planted the acorn in a bin with soil and water.

The next day, Michelle checked on the acorn. It had sprouted! She grabbed her notebook and wrote about the plant. She wrote that it was green and had leaves.

Michelle went outside and planted the plant in the soil. She wanted to find all of the other acorns and them sprout but she thought that would be inefficient so she wanted to pray to zeus to make it rain.

She prayed to zeus and it started to rain. All of the plants grew instantly! She was delighted!

The next day whole earth was covered in plants. Michelle's breathing felt clear and her mood was great. Trees were the things that she always felt were missing. Because of the joy that they brought her she wanted to name them.

The whole earth was covered in trees all thanks to a squirrel, Zeus, and a curious woman named Michelle! The end!
