Welcome to Pre-School

When I get to school, I will walk into the building with my teachers and friends. My teachers are Miss Michelle and Miss K.

When we get to the classroom, I will find my cubby and unpack my backpack. My folder, snack, and water go in the baskets.

After I unpack, we will walk to the playground and play with friends. I can throw or kick a ball, go on the playground equipment, or run around!

When we come back from the playground, we will have circle time. I will sit with friends and listen to my teacher read a book and teach me new words!

After circle time, we will play in small groups and I will work with my teacher. I can play games with friends, read a book, or build with toys before working with Miss Michelle.

Next, we will take a break in the sensory room. I can swing back and forth, touch the sensory tiles, lay under a weighted blanket, watch the bubble tube, or sit in a bean bag chair.

When I am done with my break, I can go to the bathroom, change my diaper, and wash my hands.

I can get my water and snack before sitting at the table and eating with friends.

After snack, I will throw my wrappers in the garbage. Then I can put my snack bag and water in my backpack.

When I'm done cleaning up my snack, I can choose an area to play in!

My teacher will tell me when we are all done with play time, and I can help put away all of the toys and materials.

At the end of the day, I will say goodbye to my teachers and friends!

My grown-ups will pick me up from school or I will take the bus home.

School is so fun! What should I play with tomorrow?
