The Midnight Golf Adventure

The Perfect Summer Day It was the middle of summer in Finland. The weather was perfect, the sky was blue, and the sun didn’t seem to go down. I called my friends and asked if they wanted to go golfing that night.

A Crazy Idea My friends thought I was joking when I suggested playing golf in the middle of the night. But I was serious. We packed our golf bags, grabbed some snacks, and headed to the golf course.

Arriving at the Golf Course When we arrived, it was almost midnight. The course was completely empty. The funniest part was that it was still bright outside. It felt like playing golf in the middle of the afternoon.

The First Tee We decided to play a few holes. Everyone was excited, and we started making bets about who would have the best score. I was confident I would win.

Things Get Competitive After a few holes, the competition became serious. Everyone wanted to win. There were some amazing shots, but also some terrible ones. We couldn’t stop laughing at each other.

he Lost Golf Ball Suddenly, one of my friends hit his ball deep into the forest. We spent almost 20 minutes looking for it. Everyone was laughing, but he wasn’t very happy about losing another golf ball.

The Best Shot of the Night On one of the final holes, I hit the best shot of the entire night. The ball landed just a few feet from the hole. My friends couldn’t believe it, and I made sure to remind them about it.

Time to Go Home After several hours of golf, we were finally tired. We packed our clubs and headed back home. Even though it was very late, the sun was still shining. We couldn’t believe how much fun we had.

A Summer to Remember That night became one of my favorite summer memories. We didn’t need a special event or an expensive trip to have fun. We just needed good friends, golf clubs, and a Finnish summer night. I knew we would do it again next summer!
