This story is about a lizard that did not abandon her search to look for the sun.

It takes place in Mexico during the time of the Aztecs.

The problem in the story is that the sun disappeared and the earth was all dark.

So, all the animals, including a green, small, fast, lizard go in search for the sun.

Then, the lizard finds a glowing rock and tells the emperor about it.

Next, the emperor calls on the woodpecker to help them.

After that, the woodpecker hits the rock with its beak until the rock breaks in half. And, inside they find the sun sleeping and snoring like a baby.

Finally, the emperor calls on the dancers and musicians to dance and play music for the sun to wake up.

At last, the joyful music and dancing causes the sun to wake up and shine on the earth. The sun never went back to sleep again. The end.
