The Night of the Shows

The night on Thursday, October 16th was filled with smiles and laughter. All of the Grade 10 students, including me, did some art performances by groups and also watched the others.

When my group was presenting the drama, I was a bit nervous as we did not practice much, but after seeing how hooked in the audience was, it did not take a long time for me to become as excited as they were.

We did our best act based on what we have rehearsed, and even improvised a few things, so after the show, we could return to our seats feeling fairly satisfied.

The other groups' shows were also incredibly fun to watch with the audience giving a bunch of cheers and hilarious reactions as if all of us were part of the show all along.

After the last performance, it was time to announce the winners. My group got second place, even though we did not expect it.

Then we celebrated together, becoming even more confident in ourselves. This exhilarating day will always hold a special place in my heart.
